Hot "Wings" SBD Style

A low fat alternative to buffalo wings

Ingredients

Wings

2 lbs Chicken tenders cut into bite sized pieces 3 Tbsp Smart Balance, melted

4 tbsp Bottled hot pepper sauce

1 tbsp Paprika

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Celery sticks (optional)

Blue cheese dip

1/2 cup Reduced fat sour cream

1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup Reduced fat mayonnaise

1 tbsp White wine vinegar or white vinegar

1 clove Garlic, minced

Preparation

Mix the marinade ingredients in a zip lock bag. Reserve 2 tbsp. Add the tenders to the zip lock bag. Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.

Remove tenders from the bag and place on a broiler pan (discard marinade). Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 10 minutes on each side. Remove from oven and baste with reserved hot sauce.

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
