Mix the marinade ingredients in a zip lock bag. Reserve 2 tbsp. Add the tenders to the zip lock bag. Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature.
Remove tenders from the bag and place on a broiler pan (discard marinade). Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 10 minutes on each side. Remove from oven and baste with reserved hot sauce.
Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
