Ingredients

6 Eggs
1 c. Milk
3 tablespoons Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 Med. loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch slices

Preparation

Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt until light and frothy. Place sliced bread into heavily greased 9x13 in pan. Pour egg mixture over the bread, cover and refrigerate over night. Preheat oven to 500 deg. Cook toast for 10-15 minutes, until brown. Could cook in a skillet as well.
