2 lb. Chicken Breast (pounded flat)
1 cup White Wine
4 Eggs
4 Tablespoonsmilk
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
2 cups Oil
1. Pound the chicken flat.
2. Marinate the chicken in the white wine for 1 hour.
3. Dip the chicken in the egg and then a mixture of equal parts of flour and bread crumbs. Cook the chicken in oil untill it is crispy. About 3 minutes.
