| 2 (1 oz) slices | Light Swiss cheese |
| 2 (1 oz) slices | Deli ham |

1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; crack each egg into pan, and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
2. Spread mustard evenly on bread slices, and top 2 slices each with 1 cheese slice, 1 ham slice, and 1 egg. Top with remaining slices of bread.
3. Spray both sides of sandwiches with cooking spray. Cook in a preheated panini press or indoor electric grill 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
