This is a recipe that I found in Better homes and Gardens Magazine. I loved it and wanted to add it to my collection.

Ingredients

2 Large packages Cream Cheese

1 Large package Grated Cheddar Cheese.

2 Envelopes Dry Ranch Soup Mix.

1 cup Finely Chopped Pecans.

Preparation

Take cream cheese, cheddar cheese and dry ranch soup mix and mix together. Using your hands is the best method for this.

Form into one large or two small balls.

roll in chopped pecans to coat outside.

Place on a serving plate with crackers of your choosing, serve.

If making ahead of time, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refridgerator.

*You may substitute any kind of dry soup mix for this recipe, to come up with your own ideas. I have also used Onion and Itallian soup to make this recipe.*

Cook's Notes

These go over great at parties and get togethers with friends and family. Convient to make ahead of time when pressed for time.
