Lisa's Home Made Spaghetti Sauce

This is My Rendition of Home Made Pasta Sauce. I have been making this sauce for years and it is a family favorite.

Ingredients

1.5 pounds Ground Beef

1 Large Bell Pepper Chopped into large pieces.

1 Large Onion Chopped into large pieces.

3 Large cloves Garlic Chopped

2 Bay leaves

1-2 teaspoons Crushed red hot peppers. Or can use Dry crushed hot peppers.

1 can Crushed tomatoes with Itallian seasonings,

1 can Whole tomatoes chopped

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce -Your Choice.

Preparation

In a Large Skillet, brown Ground Beef,peppers and Onions. Just till pink is gone in the meat.

Drain Grease and place in a large Crock Pot.

add remaining ingredients and stir. Cover with

lid and place on High Setting.

When sauce starts to boil, reduce heat to Low

and cook for 4-6 hours.

Turn heat down to warm after this if you have this setting to keep your sauce warm until serving.

Searve over Hot Pasta

Freezes Well up to 4 months.

Cook's Notes

This sauce is wonderful over your favorite pasta, can also be used for making Lasagna. Sprinkle your favorite grated cheese on top of each serving if desired. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
