Baked Flounder

Fresh flounder is best, but if using frozen, just thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Ingredients

4 Flounder fillets
 Salt and pepper
3 oz. Sherry
1&1/2 c. Butter, melted
2 c. Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F. Lay flounder on buttered 13x9x2 baking dish. season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour sherry over fish, then pour half of the butter. Cover the fish with breadcrumbs, then pour remaining butter over crumbs. Bake for 15 minutes.
