Cauli-Broc Salad

A colorful, yummy, crunchy salad

Ingredients

1 Head (each) of broccoli and cauliflower

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup Sugar (or use half as much Splenda)

1/3 cup Chopped onion (red looks most attractive)

1 pint Miracle whip or mayonnaise

1 pound Fried crumbled bacon

Preparation

Chop the veggies to bite size and put in a large bowl. Add the bacon.

Mix the sugar, cheese and mayo together and toss together with the vegetables.

Refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy!
