Ingredients
1 c. Uncooked penne pasta (or whatever you have)
2 c. Broccoli florets
1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
2 tbs. Olive oil
Lemon wedge
1 can Tuna fish or shredded chicken (optional)
Preparation
Cook pasta in boiling water, 7 minutes. Add broccoli florets, and cook until both are tender, about 5 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli and rinse under cold water. In a small bowl, combine pasta, broccoli, cheese, salt and pepper and olive oil together. Add tuna or chicken, if desired. Before eating, squeeze lemon wedge over salad.
