Chicken Strata Pie

Ingredients

4 slices Bread*

2 cups Cooked chicken

1 can Green beans, drained

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup Milk

2 Eggs

1 tsp. Onion powder

1/2 tsp. Garlic powder

1/2 tsp. Dried parsley

1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

*white or firm (like French) works best, but use what you like!

Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray 10" pie plate with non-stick spray.

Break up bread in bottom of pie plate.

Combine chicken & green beans. Season with salt & pepper. Layer over bread.

Beat together eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, and 1/4 cup of the cheese. Pour over the chicken mixture.

Bake 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake another 6- 8 minutes till cheese is melted.
