Hawiian Chicken Salad

lighter version of a Paula Deen recipe

This is great to make a sandwich, or just over some shredded lettuce.

Ingredients

2 c. Cubed cooked chicken breast

2 stalks Celery, chopped

1/2 c. Fat free mayonnaise

1/4 c. Slivered almonds

1 can Mandarin oranges, drained

1 Small can of crushed pineapple, or tidbits, drained

1 c. Seedless grapes, halved

Preparation

In a large bowl, fold all ingredients together. Serve on bread, lettuce, crackers, etc.
