Heat skillet over medium-high heat with some olive oil and pre-heat oven to 350
Mix Pepper Medley, Salt and 1Tsp Pepper on plate and dredge chicken breats so they're covered on both sides
Cook chicken in skillet about 3 minutes each side until slightly browned
Place chicken in oven for 15-20 minutes until done.
While chicken is in oven, mix olive oil, balsamic, lemon juice and 1tsp pepper in cup (or use store bought vinagrette) and toss with mesculin salad.
Remove chicken and let rest for a couple minutes.
Place salad on plate and slice chicken into 1/2 inch pieces
Place chicken on salad and apply Asiago cheese
Serve.
