2 Large potatoes, baked
2.5 cups Chicken broth
1.5 cups Milk
3 t. Butter
3 t. Flour
6 slices Bacon (cooked)
6 Green onion (chopped)
1 cup Shredded cheese
3 t. Sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Melt butter, add flour, and mix until bubbly. Add chicken broth and milk. Stir until thickened. Scoop out potatoes, chop skin, and add to mixture. Add sour cream, green onion, and bacon. When this is heated, add cheese.
