1 cup Corn kernals
1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c Diced tomato
1/3 c Diced red onion
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
2 tbsp Lime juice
2 tsp EVOO
1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
Mix all ingredients together
