3 15 oz Cans black beans, undrained
2 14.5 oz Cans beef broth
1 14.5 oz Can diced tomatoes
1 4 oz Can chopped green chiles
5 oz Extra lean fully cooked ham cubes
1 cup Chopped onion
1/3 cup Red vinegar
1 tsp Dried oregano leaves
1 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Dried thyme leaves
1 tsp Pepper
Combine all ingrediants in Crock Pot. Stir well. Cover, cook on Low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
