5 cups Water
4 Chicken breasts (cut into cubes or shredded after cooking)
2 Boullion cubes (chicken)
2 Carrots, diced
1/2 cup Diced cilantro
1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
Tortilla chips
Monterey Jack cheese
Avocado slices
Boil water, chicken, boullion, carrots, cilantro & seasoned salt for 30-40 minutes. On serving add chips, cheeses and avocado.
