Creamy recipe with ground beef used on top of rice or chinese noodles.
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 can Cream of mushroom
1/4 package Dry onion soup
1 can Sliced water chesnuts
8 oz. Sour cream
1 cup Rice or as desired
Cook ground beef in large pan and drain
Add soup mix once beef is done
Add can of cream of mushroom soup
Simmer on low heat until hot
Add water chesnuts
Add sour cream, mix and heat
Serve
