Ingredients

3 cups Frozen vanilla yogurt

3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk

1/2 cup Applesauce

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/4 cup Caramel topping

Preparation

Place the yogurt, milk, cinnamon, and topping in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 glasses. Serve immediately.

Makes 6 glasses - 4 WW points per serving
