Spicy Thai-Style Turkey Wraps - Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers Mix and Match It

Serves 4. Count each serving as 1 point on WW core plan. 4 points on Flex plan.

Ingredients

4 t. Canola oil

4 c. Packaged coleslaw mix

1 bunch Scallions, sliced

1/4 t. Crushed red pepper

2 c. Finely chopped cooked skinless turkey or chicken breast

1 t. Chopped unsalted dry-roasted peanuts

4 t. Lime juice

2 t. Reduced sodium soy sauce

1/4/ c. Chopped fresh basil

2 10-inch burrito size fat free flour tortillas, warmed

Preparation

Heat up oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coleslaw mix, scallions, and crushed red pepper; cook stirring frequently, until the cabbage begins to wilt, about 3 minutes.

Stir in the turkey, peanuts, lime juice, and soy sauce. Cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the basil.

Spoon half the filling into each tortilla. Roll up the tortillas and cut in half diagonally.
