Salmon Salad Wraps - Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers Mix and Match It

Use 1 point tortillas. 3 points Flex 1 point Core

Ingredients

1 (7-oz) can Salmon, drained, skin and large bones removed and discarded

12 Small black olives, chopped

1/4 c. Fat-free mayonnaise

1 Celery stalk, finely chopped

2 tablespoons Finely chopped red onion

2 tablespoons Capers, drained and chopped

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

4 Green leaf lettuce leaves

4 (1-point) tortillas

Preparation

Combine the salmon, olives, mayonnaise, celery, onion, capers, and mustard in a medium bowl and stir until the salmon is flaked.

Place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla and top with one fourth of the salmon mixture. Roll up the tortillas and cut in half diagonally.

really enjoyed it. I used smoked salmon (cause it was reduced),course grain mustard (that's what I'd got). Kids tried it but too spicy for them.
