Banana Caramel Pie

Easy reduced fat dessert

Ingredients

1 package Sugar free, fat free instant vanilla pudding (1.4 oz)

1 Tub fat-free cool whip (8 oz.)

2 Medium bananas

1 cup Skim milk

1 Reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

1/4 cup Low fat caramel topping

Preparation

Mix pudding and milk until there are no lumps. Fold in cool whip. Place one sliced banana layer on the bottom of the crust. Add half of the pudding mixture. Layer next banana and rest of pudding mixture. Chill in refrigerator for 3 hours. When ready to serve top with caramel.
