Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (1 ounce) package Dry onion soup mix
2 cups Water
2 cups (6 ounces) uncooked instant rice
16 ounces Skinned and boned uncooked chicken breast, cut into 36 pieces
1 (4 ounce) can Sliced mushrooms, drained
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.

In prepared container combine chicken soup, dry onion soup mix, water, and uncooked rice. Stir in chicken, mushrooms and black pepper.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Gently stir just before serving.

This tasted very good! I would recommend stirring a few times during the cook time to avoid it sticking to the pot (the spray didn't help). I added Creole seasoning and it gave it some more flavor. I didn't use the full cooking time either, it was done at about 5 hours on Low in the crock pot. But we made enough to vacuum seal, but it doesn't taste as good as it does fresh. I will make this recipe again. It tastes great, it's simple and has low calories! =)
