3-4 Red peppers
1 Red onion
1/2 cup Ketchup
1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Fajitas shells
Grated cheese
Lactose free sour cream
Salsa
Optional:
Beef or chicken slices
Preparation
slice red pepper and onion
braise until soft
add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce
stir till mixed
put about 1/2 cup of veggie stuff on shell
sprinkle with cheese
add a glob of sour cream
fold and enjoy!!
if adding meat, slice it and cook it first then add peppers etc.
