Ingredients

1/2 cup Berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

6 oz. Yogurt, fat free, any flavor

4 tsp Almonds, slivered

1 tbsp Cream cheese, fat free

Preparation

1. Place berries in a serving bowl, top with yogurt and sprinkle with almonds.

2. Toast bagel, if desired, and spread with cream cheese.
