Beef Noodle Bowl

fast and easy to make

Ingredients

8 oz. Linguine uncooked

3 cups Broccoli florets

3 Carrots peeled sliced(2 cups)

2 tsp Oil

1 lb Sirloin steak(cut into strips)

1/4 cup Asian toasted sesame dressing

1 Tbps. teriyaki sauce

Preparation

cook: pasta as directed on package. add vegetables to last 2 minutes of pasta cooking time.

In large nonstick pan cook meat until brown on all sides(approx 4 minutes)

Stirring occasionally. Stir in salad dressing and teriyaki sauce.cook 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.

Drain pasta mixture place in largeserving bowl. Add meat mixture, toss to coat.

Cook's Notes

I change up the recipe to make it health smart. I use Whole wheat liguine, Reduced fat salad dressing and light/reduced salt teriyaki sauce. these changes will change your nutrient info.
