One Pot Boiled Dinner

Make sure you use 2 tblsp. seasoning to each quart of water used. You can easily adjust this recipe to fit any number of servings.

Ingredients

12 cups Water

1/4 cup Plus 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning TM

1 lb New potatoes, scrubbed clean

1 lb HOT smoked sausage links, cut into 2 inch pieces

6 Ears corn, husked, clean and cut into quarters

2 pounds Large fresh shrimp, heads removed, unpeeled

Preparation

In a very large pot, add water and seasoning.

Add new potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Add sausage and cook for 5 more minutes. Add corn. Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes. Drain into large colander and serve hot.

Cook's Notes

If you don't prefer hot sausage just use regular sausage.
