Baked Parmesan Chicken Strips

My daughters favorite dinner, and very quick and easy.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Seasoned bread crumbs

1/3 c. Fresh parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp. Dried parsley

1/4 tsp. Garlic salt

2 Egg whites

1 tbsp. Water

1 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" stips.

Dipping sauce of choice

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, grated cheese, parsley and garlic salt. In a small bowl whisk egg whites and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in crumb mixture to coat evenly. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake 14-15 minutes. Serve with favorite dipping sauce.

Our variation uses Oregano instead of Parsley--but still just as good!
