1 tbsp Pesto
2 pieces Bread
4 slices Cheese (old low fat works)
5 Diced sundried tomatoes
Marg
butter both sides of the bread
put pesto on one slice of the bread
put cheese on top
then sundried tomatoes
put other piece of bread on
cook on med - low and
stay by it so you don't get distracted and burn it
