Mom's Lasagne

Ingredients

Meat Sauce

1 lb Ground beef or ground round

2-28 oz Canned tomato

1 can Tomato sauce

1/4 tsp Garlic salt

1tsp Oregano

1 tsp Majoram

1 tsp Basil or 1tbs fresh basil

Cheese Mixture

1 cup Cottage cheese

1 Egg

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

6 oz Mozza cheese

8oz Lasagna no precook noodles

Preparation

Assemble:

1. bit of meat sauce

2. layer of noodles

3. 1/3 of meat sauce

4. 1/2 cheese mixture

5. layer of noodles

6. 1/3 meat sauce

7. 1/2 cheese mixture

8. 1/3 meat sauce

9 . grated mozza on top

Bake in 350oF oven for 1 hour until noodles are tender. Let stand 10 minutes before serving

when using whole wheat noodles and ground round it equals 7 points per serving (1/8th)on weight watchers .......SUPER YUMMMY
