Form ground beef into patties. Brown the meat patties in a large skillet, and season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of Worchestershire, Teriyaki sauce, and a little A-1.
Slice potatoes into thin slices (I use a Saladmaster slicer). Lay sliced potatoes over the patties. Then grate the carrots and spread over the potatoes. Add about a cup of water. Then sprinkle liberally with Seasoned salt.
Cover, and continue cooking on low heat until potatoes are done, about 15-20 min.
Remove from heat and serve. Good with ketchup.
