It tastes as good as what is served in Chinese restaurants
1/4 c. Dry mustard
1/2 tbsp. Corn starch
2 tsp. Cooking oil
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Boiling water
1. Bring 1/4 c. of water to boil.
2. In small bowl, combine mustard, corn starch, cooking oil and salt.
3. Add boiling water to the mustard mixture. Stir until very smooth.
Makes about 1/3 c. of sauce
