| 8 oz. | Cream cheese, cut into bits |
| 3/4 c. | Parmesan cheese grated (not Kraft powder!) |
| 1 stick | Butter, cut into pieces |
| 1/2 c. | Whole milk |
1. In a large sauce pan, combine cream cheese, parmesan, butter and milk.
2. Stir constantly on medium heat until smooth.
