Parmesan Fish Fillets with Avocado and Cress salad

Ingredients

2 tb Flour

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

170g White fish

1 Egg

55 Gr grated Parmesan cheese

Olive Oil

1/2 Fresh red chilli

1 Ripe avocado

1 Punnet cress

1 tb Extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Get a frying pan really hot. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dust fish fillets with the flour then dip into the egg and press into the grated Parmesan, making sure the fish is nicely covered. Add al ittle olive oil to the hot pan and fry the fish fillts for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown. Throw in the chilli. Mix together the avocado and cress with the oil and lemon juice. Put on your plate with your fish fillets.

What would punnet cress look like in American markets? Is this water cress?
