1/4 cup Pinapple Puree

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Large Egg White

1/4 cup Shreeeded unsweetend Coconut

1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into fingers

1/4 tsp Salt

2 tablespoons Whole wheat flour

Non stick cooking spray

1 tbsp Olive oil

Wooden skewers
