Stephanie's Spinach Salad

absolutely delicious...a nice light salad

Ingredients

2 cups Cooked minute rice

1 pkg. Baby spinach

1/2 pound Bean sprouts

1 cup Unsalted cashews

Chopped mushrooms

Chopped celery

Chopped gr. onions(about 3)

Dressing:

1/2 cup Veg. oil

1/4 cup Soya sauce

1 Chopped garlic

Preparation

cook rice as per directions. let cool.

chop 1 pkg of spinach, mushrooms, celery and green onions.

mix ingredients for dressing.

Add the dressing just before serving...toss and enjoy!
