| 3 lbs | Pork tenderloin |
| 6 | To 8 apples - peeled cored and sliced |
| 1 | Onion chopped |
| 1 t. | Cinnamon |
| 2 t | Sugar |
| 1 c | Apple cider |
| 2 t | Minced garlic |
Place pork in center of roasting pan
Combine apples, onion, cinnamon, & sugar.
Place in pan surrounding pork.
Pour apple cider over pork Then spread garlic on top
Bake unconvered @ 325 for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
