1. In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, herbs, and paprika.
2. On wax paper, cover each chicken breast with mustard. Dip into bread crumbs and cover completely. Shake off excess crumbs.
3. Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place chicken in single layer inside cooker. Drizzle with olive oil. Add broth.
4. Cover. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
