1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's Condensed Golden Mushroom Soup
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination, thawed*
In skillet over medium high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done and juices evaporate.
Add soup, soy and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add thawed vegetables and cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring often.
Serve over rice. Serves 4.
* To thaw, microwave on HIGH 3 minutes.
