Boil chicken until done, remove from water and cut up into bite sized pieces. Cube the Velveta. Boil noodles in the same water. When the noodles are done, Drain the broth into a container fior later use. Spray pan with nonstick spray. Combine chicken, noodles, Rotel, Velveta, and Cream of Chicken soup. Add water to desired thickness. When everything is melted together in a creamy mixture, enjoy.
