tasty, breakfast omlette
2 Large eggs
1 tbsp Heavy cream
1 tbsp Salsa (sugar free)
1/4 cup Grated cheese
1 tsp Butter
Salt to taste
beat eggs and cream, add salt.
melt butter in skillet, pour the eggs.
sprinkle cheese when eggs are cooked
spread salsa on top and serve
