2 Large eggs
1 tbsp Heavy cream
1 tbsp Salsa (sugar free)
1/4 cup Grated cheese
1 tsp Butter
Salt to taste
Preparation
beat eggs and cream, add salt.
melt butter in skillet, pour the eggs.
sprinkle cheese when eggs are cooked
spread salsa on top and serve
