THIS IS AN EASY RECIPE FOR LASAGNA WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO MAKE IT FROM SCRATCH.

Ingredients

1 LARGE JAR SPAGHETTI SAUCE
1 lb. GROUND BEEF
16 oz. COTTAGE CHEESE
3 c. GRATED MOZARELLA CHEESE
12 LASAGNA NOODLES

Preparation

1. IN A LARGE DUTCH OVEN, BRING 2 QUARTS OF SALTED WATER TO A BOIL ADD LASAGNA NOODLES AND COOK UNTIL ALMOST TENDER.

2. BROWN GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN. ADD SPAGHETTI SAUCE AND HEAT.

3. WHEN NOODLES ARE DONE, DRAIN.

4. SPRAY 9 X 13" CASSEROLE DISH WITH PAM.

5. PUT 4 LASAGNA NOODLES IN BOTTOM. TOP WITH 1/2 COTTAGE CHEESE, 1/2 MOZARELLA CHEESE, AND 1/3 OF SAUCE. ADD ANOTHER LAYER OF 4 NOODLES, COTTAGE CHEESE, MOZARELLA CHEESE AND SAUCE. TOP WITH LAST 4 NOODLES AND REMAINING SAUCE.

6. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNITL BUBBLY HOT.
