With scissors, cut each roll horizontally. Arrange rolls to form a thick circle (cut side down) on a baking sheet or pizza pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Place about 6-8 halves on top. Spray rolls with butter flavored non-stick cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap.
Let rise until double. Remove wrap. Bake at 350 F 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and let cool.
Mix icing ingredients together. Drizzle icing over rolls and sprinkle with crushed candy. Place ribbon on wreath.
