Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl, stirring to blend. Set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, stir together apple butter, oil and milk. Add apple butter mixture to flour mixture, stirring until well blended. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until bread tests done with a toothpick. Cool in pan for about 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack. Makes one loaf.
