Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups Uncooked orzo or rosamarina pasta (8 oz)

2 cups Thinly sliced cucumber (2 small)

1 Medium red onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

1/2 cup Italian dressing

1 Medium tomato chopped (3/4 cup)

1 can (15-16 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced ripe olives, drained

1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)

Preparation

1. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.

2. Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in large glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors, but no longer than 24 hours.

3. To serve, top salad with cheese.
