Chicken, Artichoke, and Red Onion Pizza
Ingredients
1 package (14 oz) ready to serve original Italian pizza crust or other 12 inch Pizza Crust
1 cup Cubed cooked chicken or turkey
2 teaspoons Butter or margarine
1 Large red onion, sliced (2 cups)
1 jar (6-7 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
3 tablespoons Sliced drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7 oz jar)
1 cup Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Preparation
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion in butter 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
2. Place pizza crust on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread onion over pizza crust. Top with chicken, artichoke hearts, bell peppers and cheese.
3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
