Ingredients

4 Lg diced onions

8 lbs Ground meat

1 lb Chopped smoked meat

1 1/2 tsp Pepper

1 1/2 c. Rice

3 tbsp Vegetta

Soured Cabbage Leaves

Preparation

Saute onions, add meat and brown. Add seasoning, rice, and water.

Fill cabbage leaves with 1/4 c. of meat mixture. Fold in the ends. Tightly fill a large baking dish with the stuffed cabbage. You can layer them if necessary. Pour water over to cover.

Bake covered at 350 for two hours.
