Boneless Pork Shoulder

Ingredients

1 Boneless pork shoulder

Oil

1 lb. Small potatoes

1 lb. Carrots

1 lb. Onions

2 Lipton onion soup packs

Salt to taste

2 c. Water

Preparation

Rub pork shoulder with oil and sprinkle with salt. Place in large baking dish. Add washed potatoes, halved carrots, and quartered onions. Dissolve onion soup mixture in water and pour over roast and veggies.

Cook at 400 to the recommended temperature for pork.
