Apple Cider Carrots

Ingredients

16 oz. Frozen carrots
1 1/2 cups Apple cider
1 Tbls. margerine (I used smart promise)
1 tsp. Dried thyme
1 Tbls sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Preparation

combine all ingredients and bring to a boil

cover and simmer 10 minutes. uncover and bring to a boil again on high heat. stir occasionally for 5 minutes until thick glaze has formed.

Cook's Notes

Just make sure you do not use apple cider vinegar. That does NOT taste good (trust me ;o )The recipes calls for plain apple cider.
