| 16 oz. | Frozen carrots |
| 1 1/2 cups | Apple cider |
| 1 | Tbls. margerine (I used smart promise) |
| 1 tsp. | Dried thyme |
| 1 | Tbls sugar |
| 1/2 tsp | Salt |
combine all ingredients and bring to a boil
cover and simmer 10 minutes. uncover and bring to a boil again on high heat. stir occasionally for 5 minutes until thick glaze has formed.
Just make sure you do not use apple cider vinegar. That does NOT taste good (trust me ;o )The recipes calls for plain apple cider.
