balsalmic glazed porkchops

Ingredients

6 Boneless pork chops

3 t Lemon juice

¼ c Balsamic vinegar

1 t Worcestershire sauce

2 t Honey

2 t Dijon mustard

2 t Vegetable oil

½ t Salt

¼ t Pepper

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients to make glaze. Place chops and glaze in a crock-pot and cook on low for 7 – 8 hours

I wasnt very successful with this recipe. Seems like my crock pot meats have been really dry lately. I don't know if it's my crock pot itself, or the recipe.
