Cranberry Salad

This relish mold is a delicous side on Thanksgiving !

Ingredients

1 Small box of lemon jello

1 Small box of cherry jello

1/2 cup Sugar

3 cups Boiling water

1 tsp. Lemon juice

83/4 oz. Crushed pineapple, undrained

2 cups Fresh cranberries, chopped

1 Small orange, quartered and seeded

1 cup Diced celery

1/2 cup Chopped pecans

Preparation

Dissolve both jellos and sugar in boiling water. Add lemon juice and crushed pineapple (undrained). Pour 1/2 mixture into a lightly greased bundt pan or gelatin mold and put in the freezer until gelatin is part set (15 - 25 mins). Add cranberries, oranges, celery and nuts. Refrigerate until set. Turn out mold on serving platter. Garnish with oranges and cranberries.

Cook's Notes

Can also be served with a sweetened sour cream or yogurt topping.
